A delightful expression from Signatory Vintage, bottled as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This dram hails from Islay's Bunnahabhain distillery. The expression was distilled on 20th October 2014 and spent seven years maturing in a quartet of de-charred and re-charred hogsheads before being bottled on 17th June 2022 at 46% abv.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Smoke with pleasant honey sweetness, citrus fruits and green apples.
• Palate: Strong but round and not pungent, with notes of citrus, pears and apples - above all the spicy smoke.
• Finish: Medium-length intense finish with sweet smoke, fruit and oak spice.
