Released by Signatory to join its 100 Proof Editions, this single malt hails from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. The whisky was filled into a host of first-fill and refill oloroso sherry butts, maturing for a total of 13 years before it was bottled at 57.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Explosion of dried dark fruits and lashings of sherry sweetness, hints of leather and vanilla. Subtle notes of red apple, oranges, nutmeg and ginger.
• Palate: Dried fruits of raisins and dates, vanilla and caramel, toasted oak and red apples.
• Finish: Long with plenty of oak and oloroso sherry notes, red apples and chocolate with a big punch of spice.
