A 2009 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage, matured in a pair of hogsheads for 11 years, before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet and fruity, pear with vanilla, quite floral. Red fruits with brandy. Sweet notes, smoke, citrus fruits
• Taste: Oily and fruity with very marked pears
• Finish: Quite short and always marked by the fruits with white flesh
