A 2009 Linkwood single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a handful of ex-bourbon barrels for 13 years, before being bottled in May 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Caramelised nuts, toffee oak, and dried fruit wrapped up in vanilla and honey notes.
• Taste: Hot cross buns, floral barley, and pear drops, with hints of Digestive biscuits too.
• Finish: Orchard fruits and peppery spice.
