Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Linkwood distillery, distilled in 2012 and drawn from a pair of first-fill oloroso sherry butts, where this whisky was finished. The 10-year-old whisky was independently bottled by the indie bottling stalwart, Signatory, as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection in 2023.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Stewed plums and apricots, with some sticky toffee, and peppery spice.
• Palate: Buttery shortbread, dark fruits, cocoa, and some waxy orange peel.
• Finish: Earthy spices linger, with some tart berries.
