From Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection comes a Scotch whisky from the small and charming Edradour Distillery. The Highland single malt is known for being particularly delicious when aged in sherry casks and this 2014 vintage whisky is a happy marriage of four first-fill oloroso sherry butts (casks 44, 63, 153 & 154) that spent a decade maturing before being at 46% ABV. Without any additional colour. Or chill-filtration, of course.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Warm, woody spices, with dried figs and raisins.
• Palate: Dark caramel, ginger biscuits, malt loaf, and some dark chocolate.
• Finish: The warm spices stick around, along with some liquorice.
