This Speyside malt from Inchogwer distillery has been bottled as part of the Un-Chillfiltered series by Signatory Vintage. This particular release was distilled on 18th February 2008 and matured for 14 years in a pair of hogsheads before bottling on 20th April 2022 at 46% abv. It is free from both chill filtration and artificial colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Classic floral Speyside notes of green apples and honey, a touch of nuttiness.

• Taste: Lively flavours of vanilla poached pears and light, toasty oak.

• Finish: Spicy and herbal, with a smooth vanilla backbone.
