A 2009 Glenlossie single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a trio of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels for 13 years, before being bottled in April 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Marzipan, forest floor, chamomile, stewed berries.
• Palate: Chocolate peanuts, buttered scones, waxy peels.
• Finish: Enjoyably nutty, with walnut loaf, and a little tobacco.
