A small batch, un-chillfiltered bottling of Glen Spey produced by the Signatory Vintage team. This dram has been aged for 11 years in a pair of first-fill Hogsheads, which perfectly showcase the distillery’s naturally light character. This whisky offers up notes of supple malt, hay, apples, pears, caramel, vanilla, gentle oak, a little marmalade, oatcakes, banana and warming peppery spice.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Almont butter, caramel, a touch grassy with herbal malt and toasty sawdust.
• Palate: Melon, plum, nutty barley, and baked apples balance buttery zest and rich, peppery oak.
• Finish: Roasted nuts, oaky warmth with sultanas and mixed spice.
