This Highland single malt was distilled at Glen Ord in 2008 and matured in hogsheads until it was bottled in 2022 for The Un-Chillfiltered Collection by indie bottlers, Signatory Vintage.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Vanilla fudge, crunchy apple, and creamy oatcakes.
• Palate: Oaky vanilla, porridge drizzled with golden syrup, and gentle peppery spice.
• Finish: Fresh hay and drizzles of caramel.
