Clynelish is certainly one of our favourite distilleries here at HK Whisky Safe and when you find a gem like this you just have to tell the world. A 10 year old Clynelish single malt bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled in June 2008 and left to age in a pair of bourbon barrels until March 2019. 

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Waxy, malty, honey with dried fruits.
• Palate: Floral,malty, plums, cedar and pepper with a hint of beeswax.
• Finish: The finish has dates and milk chocolate with a wonderful salty note.
