Just four casks of Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky were selected by Signatory to join its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. First-fill bourbon casks 306261, 306263, 306267, and 306269 were filled with whisky distilled back in 2012 before being bottled up 10 years later at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Cookies and cream, stone fruit, orange marmalade on toast, and ginger.
• Palate: More oaky spices as well as forest fruits, milk chocolate, and lemon peel.
• Finish: Citrus and oak.
