Hogshead is a blended malt bottled by the wine dealer Signatory Vintage. Its name refers to the oval barrels nicknamed Hogshead.

It is made with 30% of malts from Islay and 70% of malts from the Highlands. A smoked, woody whisky with notes of cereals.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: sweet and fruity, with notes of grape and plum, with slightly smoked hints.

• Palate: soft and complex with notes of cereals and honey.

• Finish: quite long, on the dried fruits, woody notes.
