This is a small-batch blend of casks from a secret Orkney distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This single malt displays aromas of ginger oat biscuit, candied lemon peel and toasted malt on the nose, leading to notes of white pepper, vanilla and a subtle caramel on the palate.

• Nose: The whiskey from the Orkney Islands fills the nose with clear fruity notes. He brings juicy pears and crunchy apples. Syrup notes are present and vanilla.
• Taste: The Signatory Vintage Secret Orkney 13 Years presents itself with a strong character. He brings barley and maritime impressions from salt. Fine peat smoke penetrates. Behind are fruits and honey. Oak initiates the finish in a spicy way.
• Finish: The finish is full-bodied and long-lasting. The Scotch says goodbye with sweet vanilla and fine peat smoke.
