12 year old triple distilled Irish single malt whiskey, matured exclusively in bourbon casks and bottled for The Quiet Man range. It was named after the founder's father, who was a bartender who heard many stories (as most bartenders do) but always kept them to himself. 

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Freshly baked brownies, brandy butter and a hint of honey.
• Palate: Orange peel, white chocolate, black pepper, and malty.
• Finish: Pine wood with rich honey.
