This cask-strength whisky was distilled at Edradour in 2012. It’s been aged in a single sherry butt for a decade. For almost two centuries, this small distillery has been responsible for some of Scotland’s best single malts. It’s now owned by Signatory Vintage.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Layers of dried raisins and figs, with allspice, and tawny marmalade.
• Palate: More raisins, spiced tea loaf, with a touch of toasted walnuts, and sticky dates.
• Finish: Allspice and clove linger, along with dried currants.
