A 2009 Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery's heavily-peated range that has been matured for 12 years in a single oloroso sherry cask. The palate offers notes of dried fruit, plums, rich smoke, oak spice, black pepper and tobacco throughout the palate.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Smoked meats and honey roasted nuts, with a hint of milk chocolate coming through later on.
• Palate: Juicy sultanas and raisins, with more meaty malt and smoke developing.
• Finish: Sea salt, chocolate mousse, and brown sugar.
