Single cask, cask strength Edradour single malt, bottled in Ibisco decanters. This one was distilled back in 2008 and left to mature for 12 years, after which it was bottled at cask strength in 2020, at 57.3% ABV. 700 bottles were produced.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Cherry jam, dried fruit sweetness and caramel sweeties with aromas of oily malt.
  • Palate: Rich dark chocolate mocha, dried raisin with balance alcohol on the palate.
  • Finish: Cinnamon and nutmeg with sweet berry compote and just a pinch of dried herbs.
